Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data you share through codeba.dev is processed, in line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

What I collect

Only what you choose to write in the contact form: your name, email address, the topic and timeline you pick, and your message. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why I process it

To read your message and reply by email. The legal basis is the explicit consent you give in the form (KVKK Art. 5/1).

Who receives it

The form uses the Web3Forms service to deliver your message to my inbox. Its servers may be located outside Turkey, so this transfer relies on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9. The site is hosted on Vercel and fonts load from Google Fonts; these services can technically see your IP address. Your data is not shared with anyone else or sold.

How long I keep it

If your request does not turn into a project, the correspondence is deleted within one year at the latest. If it does, it is kept for the duration of the work and any legally required retention period.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request that it be corrected or deleted, learn who it was shared with, and object to its processing. Email burakavcii@hotmail.com; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
